This specialized tool is made for installing or removing a center flange or crank hub with sprocket studs installed. The threaded shaft screws into the end of the crankshaft. A one inch nut drives the thrust bearing housing to push squarely on the crank hub. The bearing housing is completely sealed from contamination by "O" ring seals.
This tool is a must for saving your crank hubs and equipment that could be damaged by a hammer blow when installing or removing a crank hub while the engine is in the car. |
