Center Flange Sprockets

 RCD offers the 8mm, 11mm and 14mm GT profile crankshaft sprockets with the drive flange centered in the sprocket. This greatly reduces the tendency of the circumference to distort out of round under high belt loading and also keeps the drive flange from bending. This is most critical on the large diameter sprockets used to drive Screw Blowers.

14" diameter in magnesium and up to 4.5" wide. Prices and delivery are quoted upon request.

Splined sprockets are available for the Splined Crankhub. RCD can also modify your existing sprockets so they can be adapted to the application. (Splined modification on Center Flange Sprockets ONLY.)

Centrifugal Blower Drives
RCD blower drive hubs, with easily changeable sprockets, allows you to tune your supercharged engine for maximum horsepower and your driving conditions.
    Features:
  • Drive hubs machined from chrome-moly heat treated steel.
  • Drive hubs bored, keyed & honed for an accurate fit on the blower input shaft.
  • Drive hubs have 1.25" register and six 1/4"-28 bolts for solid sprocket mounting.
  • Sprockets machined from billet 6061T-T6 aluminum and hard anodized for wear.
  • Sprockets available in 8mm GT or HTD profiles from 26 teeth to 55 teeth.
